Industry 63 was born out of a passion for excellence and a drive to innovate. Founded in 2020 by the dynamic husband-and-wife duo, AJ and Kristin Ewoldt, this company is the embodiment of their vision and dedication. With extensive experience in foundry sales and operations, AJ recognized that the future lay in building and growing his own business. Kristin, a devoted stay-at-home mom to their three children—Laikyn, Briggs, and Sutton—joined forces with AJ to turn this vision into reality. As President and Office Manager, Kristin ensures seamless operations, while AJ spearheads sales and production.

Their journey is fueled by a shared belief in two powerful principles: “Risk equals reward” and “Don’t wish for it, work for it.” Together, they have created a company that is not just a business, but a testament to their relentless pursuit of success. When they’re not driving Industry 63 forward, AJ and Kristin cherish their time traveling, relaxing at the lake, and cheering on their kids in sports.

Wesley Ewoldt

Operations Manager and Pattern Maker

Wesley is a hands-on leader, master craftsman, and operations expert who thrives at the intersection of engineering precision and creative problem solving. As operations Manager and Journeyman Pattern Maker at Industry 63, Wesley led the launch of a state-of-the-art pattern shop, integrated advanced machinery and CAD software to elevate production capabilities and craftsmanship. He holds a certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) from GOengineer University and is certified in PowerShape CAD. His expertise spans CAD deign, reverse engineering, CNC programing, mold design and complex pattern making. With a deep understanding of both traditional and digital techniques, he brings unmatched precision and innovation to every project. Wesley’s leadership style is grounded in collaboration, problem solving, and relentless drive for quality. His work doesn’t just meet specs it tells a story of ingenuity and grit.

Outside of work, Wesley is a devoted father of four children, He find joy in carving wood- a lifelong passion, and spending time soaking up the sun on the lake with his family. His family life fuels his motivation and keeps him grounded, balancing the demands of leadership with the rewards of creativity and connection. His creative mind thrives on hands on projects that blend artistry with engineering.
